Hello, I'm Kara (Care-uh)!
I'm an Industrial Design student at the University of Cincinnati who loves bringing her ideas to life, whether that's through product design, sewing, graphics, or hands-on prototyping. I'm naturally curious and happiest when I'm making something, learning a new skill, or figuring out how to turn an idea into a finished piece.
Outside the classroom, I run my own small business where I transform secondhand materials into one-of-a-kind clothing and accessories. Every project has taught me how to balance creativity with problem-solving, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship.
From sketching concepts and creating graphics to sewing garments and building prototypes, I enjoy working across disciplines rather than staying in one lane. I believe the best designs come from combining different skills, and I'm always excited to take on new challenges that let me create something meaningful!
